Merging and deleting indices
Merging several indices into one is
performed into two steps.
First, select the indices to be merged by clicking
on their titles.
Second, choose the Index menu item
Merge and fill out the dialog (Fig.16).

Finally,
clicking OK button starts merging the selected indices.
In order to delete selected indices chose the Index menu item
Delete.
